Design and implementation of in-depth qualitative and mixed-methods research to analyze social norms, behavioral drivers, power dynamics, and institutional constraints affecting women and marginalized and vulnerable groups.

Scope of Services
- Design and delivery of in-depth qualitative and mixed-methods studies, including fieldwork and participatory research, to inform policy and program design.
- Social norms, behavioral, and institutional diagnostics to identify barriers, incentives, and power dynamics shaping outcomes in specific contexts.
- Policy-relevant analytical reports and briefs translating qualitative evidence into actionable recommendations for reforms and program improvements.

How I Work
I use a concept-driven research approach in which a clear analytical framework guides methodology and instrument design. Research tools are piloted and refined, data are triangulated across sources, and findings are analyzed with attention to context and nuance, with results validated through structured engagement and feedback with key stakeholders to inform evidence-based policy implications and recommendations.
