GBV Prevention and Response Strategies
Providing specialized technical expertise to support the integration of GBV risk mitigation, prevention, and response measures into development operations, with particular experience in infrastructure, energy, transport, land administration, disaster risk management, and climate-related investments.
Sectoral Gender Mainstreaming
Supporting the mainstreaming of gender equality and social inclusion across sectoral operations, including transport, energy, climate change, social protection, labor markets, and human development, to enhance project effectiveness, equity, and development impact.
Qualitative and Social Research
Designing and leading in-depth qualitative and mixed-methods research to identify social norms, behavioral drivers, power dynamics, and institutional constraints affecting women and marginalized and vulnerable groups.
Capacity Building and Knowledge Transfer
Contributing to the development of training materials, learning modules, and practitioner-oriented resources, and delivering capacity-building activities to strengthen institutional systems and staff competencies on gender equality and social inclusion.
